Order from these people ordered before as well but no problem but this I received my order after three days original date was 22 Dec and received on 25 Dec and contact with them via facebook, explained about the situation and with reply they said they will send me a another box for cherries on their next delivery cycle. I polite said its ok as I know its a peak time for delivery companies and I said I will go to the depot and will pickup my self, wait till the day arrives no notification from them, again send a message to confirm and got a reply not this cycle as forget to update in a system but next cycle, I said its ok and this same thing happened to me three time I wait till their last delivery date which is 19 jan but still no delivery and no one get in touch with, I cant do much about it only give them a review so might be this thing never happened to anyone else in future and no purchase from them in future.

Disappointment is underrated for your brand. Better options available elsewhere this year. Cherries received at least 30% of them a little sour, bright red since not fully ripen. Varies mix sizes. Would I buy again, yes, only when I can see the real items.

NOT RECOMMEND. I pre-ordered 3 boxes in 3 weeks after new year for $39/each from grabone. All of the 3 boxes come in very low quality, cherry size is so small, half of the size that i can get from the local paknsave. Half of the box is not ripe too and very sour, definitely not the export grade as advertised. Havent say that the one i get from the supermarket is fresher, sweeter, bigger and only $10/kg. Would never order again.
