We didn't spend a lot of of time here but we really enjoyed it. The cabin we stayed is was very comfy. Kids had lots of fun in the play area and on the trampoline. At night we toasted marshmallows on an open fire and in the morning my wife and daughter got to so some horse riding. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to go down to the beach but hopefully next time

This place was amazing. I just stayed the one night, but from check in to check out it was awesome. Driving in I was greeted by the sight of horses lining up along the fenceline as well as ducks/geese and chickens wandering around. A rooster named Streaky came up to me and gave me the once-over too. Check in was a breeze- I drove up to the office, was given quick tour of the grounds and then shown to my cabin, which I was able to park tight next to. The showers and toilets are no more than 30m from the cabin doors, the kitchen area has a TV and was lovely and quaint. The showers were immediately warm, and had a dial to change the temperature to your liking. My cabin was lovely and warm, with two windows and a little table and chairs with a jug and tea/coffee supplies, and a spare heater. The bed was warm and comfortable. In the morning I was waved at by locals and had a good chat with a lady from the nearby farm, and a cute dog wandered around behind me while I explored the campground. A couple hundred mentres (maybe 500/600m) down the road is a beautiful stone beach, perfect for fishing at, and it's a lovely walk, though you can also drive it. Its so green and lush. Check out was also easy- I packed my stuff, left my key in the cabin foor and waved at the lady who ran the place as i exited the drive way. No hassle or fuss. She was friendly and accommodating from the get go. On the downside, there is little to no reception at the campground, and though I was provided a Wi-Fi voucher, I was unable to connect to it. However, I didn't go back and ask for help either, so thats my own fault. Overall a great stay and I will definitely be recommending it to friends, as well as coming back here on my next road trip down.
