Wow what an incredible place to stay, our host Nick was super cool and friendly, he made us feel very welcome and he makes the best coffee at the caf on site. Our room was tidy and spacious it had everything we needed for a comfortable nights stay, we even had a couple of date scones and butter waiting in our room as a welcome treat yum! The gardens and views are beautiful, l could have sat looking out our bay window for hours reading a book watching the butterflies go by. So relaxing!

Fantastic little boutique accomodation. This place is also a coffee roasters.....need I say more. The evening meal from a limited but good menu was really tasty and was just what we needed after our bike ride. We had breakfast there, only available at weekends I think, before resuming the ride, and it, along with more great coffee was brilliant. Highly recommended.

The best smoothies in New Zealand, and daylight second quite frankly, with great bagels adjusted daily depending on availability of seasonal ingredients and a quite outstanding Reuben. The husband and wife staff have created a beautiful garden environment with rooms highlighting the best views in town. Everything done right and very affordable.

We stayed in the Kauri Arch Suite and loved it. We spent time lounging on the verandah, reading and enjoying the beautiful views, flowers and birds, visiting Nugget Point and surrounding area, and decompressing after a bout of bad weather forced us to abandon our hiking plans on the Milford and Routeburn Tracks. Nick, our innkeeper, is friendly and helpful. The suite is spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed. There is a separate eating area as well with plates, cutlery, fridge, toaster, and microwave. This is very good value for the money. Lawrence is a cute little town. Book here you wont regret it.
