The vet consultants I usually have are so kind and gentle with my cat. Especially the nurse with an American accent - by the end of the consult she had Ebony on her lap begging for more treats. I did have one experience when it came to booking her in for a nail trim - the nurse didn't seem to want to do this at all and had attitude when my cat became pretty vocal about this (she's a rescue; that loves to chat and hates her paws being touched) just needs a little bit of extra re assurance; I removed a star for this experience. However the nurse I spoke about previously is fantastic and so are the rest of the staff; they will go out of their way to ensure your pet is looked after - (allowing my partner to drop her off in the morning if she needs to be there during the day and picking her up later for example). Overall; only a ounce of negativity - this is a good clinic.

I am very disappointed with the after hours service we had when my darling wee kitty had to be put to sleep, they had no compassion whatsoever when I asked for an ink print of his paws and if my caster could come in the next day to cast his paws like our normal Dunedin vet normally allows with no issues, They said I had to contact the crematorium and organise it though them, so I did but the crematorium had no record of my wee man, and couldnt find his body, but we since found that he was a put under his original name and not both names I had given the vet. I was also very disappointed that he had been sitting at the vet for 3 days so there was every opportunity for us to get him casted there but they flat refused, shame on you gardens vet never again will I use your services, you have caused unnecessary stress and devastation to our family
