        Walkability: 2.5km walk to Central Dunedin. 2min walk to cafes and a supermarket. Food & drinks: Great choice of good food just around the corner.

        Lovely friendly service and refreshed modern the interior. There was also lots of mini toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice surprise and was appreciated. However there was a strong damp odor in our room that lasted our entire stay which is why Ive had to give this 4 stars. It unfortunately just ruined the vibe as the carpet felt damp.
