Michael is a person of integrity with an innate sense of responsibility who takes great care to complete tasks to which he has committed himself. He is extremely patient, generous with his time, and can think outside the box so his creativity is fresh and unhindered by a conservative mindset. He keeps an open-mind to take on board any suggestions by clients and always respects their wishes. He is friendly, pleasant, approachable, modest and a good listener who understands his craft well and delivers his work professionally. I highly recommend Michael for his many personal qualities, code of ethics, professional multi-skills and as someone who sets a high standard of excellence for his work to benefit his clients. I have known and worked with Michael for more than twenty years, not only as an individual but also as part of a spiritual group of Share International NZ co-workers for Transmission Meditation and the Advent of the World Teacher for All Humanity. Michael designed wonderful posters, brochures and hand-outs for our stalls and helped me complete a beautiful set of large display boards for our expos. These resources greatly assist our work and information dissemination. Currently he uses his excellent design skills to create our NZ Listener Ads for publication which receive many positive comments when they are shared nationally and globally on social media. Living with Michael for many years in Wellington also allowed me to witness the amount of effort and unpaid after hours work he expended on projects that were time sensitive to his place of employment. His website knowledge, graphic design creativity and blended marketing skills assisted large institutions like WELTEC and Computer Power Plus towards implementing complex information for the enrollment of students, videos and power-points for multimedia presentations, posters and brochures for advertising and countless other tasks he completed timely and competently, without hesitation or compensation, to enable his employers to deliver on schedule and to meet material deadlines. He was a dependable, reliable and treasured member of staff with a warm friendly demeanour who was trusted and well-liked by everyone I met at his places of employment.

Michael provided his excellent website and digital marketing expertise for one of my key clients. As part of the overall project he updated the website. This included a design refresh, so that the website presented a more modern look and feel. He also reviewed the structure and the page contents, to streamline the site to more effectively communicate and promote the business key services. In addition to his website design and build skills, he implemented a range of targeted digital marketing activities. This included Google Ads, Social Media, and other online promotions. This level and use of blended marketing assisted the business with achieving many of its key sales targets. I highly recommend Michael to any business who is seeking someone with great understanding of websites and digital marketing. Michaels great attitude towards tackling some of the online challenges, along with meeting tight delivery timeframes, was greatly appreciated throughout the project. He was also a pleasure to work with, which I really appreciated.
