        The staff are always super friendly. I always get my coffee here because of the great customer service. They're always talkative and cheerful no matter what time of day or night, or how busy it is.

        I normally have great service here. Yesterday was the exception. I approached a counter where two young female staff were chatting. The pouty, unfriendly girl who "served" me appeared inconvenienced that she had to stop talking and serve me. She didn't listen when I asked for an Ultimate car wash and stuffed it up. When I pointed out what I had actually asked for and what she had given me, she looked at me like it was my fault! We got there in the end. No smile or banter. I was just an inconvenient transaction that she didn't want to carry out! Rude!

        People are getting annoyed with the price misleading. For more than 2 weeks the price was $2.91 and this is the second Wednesday when they put the advertising 10c off but IN FACT THE PRICE IS 2.87... that equals only 4c off. You are misleading and that is unacceptable !
