They didn't tell me an address for the repair and when I called again to ask no one answered, so I drove to the only Novus Glass in Otago, Cromwell, but their they send me to a little Novus workplace in Wanaka. So I had to drive 56km to Wanaka and after the replacement (the window screen replacemnet itself was fine) 56km back to Cromwell (because I slept there). When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't give me anything, because they offered me an appointment in Cromwell for the next day, where I had to work so it wasn't an opption for me (I already had to take a day of for the original appointment). With my van I spend 40$ and 1 1/2 hours of my time for the whole thing....not happy :(
