Facilities are nice but thats about it. The staff are rude and do not show any kind of empathy. You are "a number" in their day, and thats about that. Wondering what happened to the lovely, older lady who used to do scans in town. I would recommend her 5 times over the lot I experienced there. Untrained and unprofessional.

Was booked in for the wrong type of scan. After checking with my doctor for the reason for the scan change, they said that they hadnt changed it and would call and sort it out. Was told to expect a new call were they would book me in for the correct scan. After waiting weeks I gave up and called them directly. The scan revealed issues with my long term rehab and am disappointed that my treatment was delayed by almost a month due to the scan mix up and no follow up call to book the right scan. Double check any changes with your Doctor. The new building has a west facing waiting area and while I waited for my scan I saw multiple people sit down and get roasted by the sun. Such a shame to build a new facility and not put in some curtains for those hot days when the sun shines directly in.
