I started working with Chenin within NZSki Wellbeing support for their staff and I could not have gone through the winter season without her! As a person, who went through depression and PTSD within the past three years I thought I was going into this season healed and as it turned out I wasn't. Chenin helped me to reconnect with my feelings again in a very healthy way. She was incredibly supportive and every session I had with her, she would give me a very useful wellbeing tip. Some of the things she said were truly life changing and helped me to be more at peace with myself and all the events that I've been through. Thank you so, so much Chenin, I will for sure stay in touch!

My sessions with Chenin always gave me so much clarity. It helped me process some things I held onto. She also gave me some techniques to manage my anger. Plus remind me I needed to take time for myself and do things for myself. I highly recommend working with Chenin.

Chenin is absolutely brilliant! By listening and offering her kindness and support, she has helped me learn to process my emotions and live a more happy and fulfilled life. As an extremely empathetic person, I feel as if she really tries to understand me and my feelings so she can better help me through my problems. She has really changed my outlook on life to one which is rooted love and acceptance.

Chenin is a fantastic human being. Her kind support felt more like a friend helping a friend and I could always feel very comfortable sharing my thoughts with her. She doesn't only listen but gives insightful feedback and shares her own experiences which really creates a sense of understanding. Life isn't always perfect but with Cre8ting Balance you will be guided towards some important reflections within yourself and be grateful for her wonderful support.
