Great location for 2 wonderful teachers to share their Yoga knowledge with patience, preservance and perception. Criffel Station woolshed in the middle of winter is warm and hospitable for a visitor from Hawkes Bay. Doris and Urs are lovely people who I am lucky enough to know as friends and teachers.

Doris and Urs are caring, generous individuals who offer Ashtanga practice in a beautiful setting here in Wanaka. Equally important is the gentle way they guide me in my postures and breathing. My vitality is benefitting with my focus on strength, flexibility and balance, as well as connecting to my inner calm.
