Nice place. Not many flat spots to camp. Road in is narrow but reasonably good. Great views but sun disappears early. There is alot of bugs.

The road to the area is uncemented but accessible. Facilities are well maintained. Toilets are clean. No access to drinking water. Nevertheless, great place to camp.

Off the main road, it's a gravel road which isn't too bad mostly to the campsite with multiple steel bar crossings to stop cows escaping the area. Many portaloos available while toilet blocks being fixed. Variety of spaces for parking, including along the beach. Note, some parking spots along the beech require driving up a short but steep area, was able to navigate without much difficulty with a minivan but higher clearance will make it easier as will AWD, my front tire lost contact and got slightly stuck. Tons of beach space to explore, about a 5min walk or less from the beach parking area to the toilets (be mindful of the electrical lines in regards to parking). Beautiful spot for sunrise and sunset, had a big wind and rain storm over night but as it cleared late morning left beautiful snow over the mountains.
