What a beautiful environment to enjoy some delicious salmon! We went on a sunny fall day and plenty of people were sitting outside and fishing for their salmon around the lake. There were a lot of families with their kids and it seems like a fun family activity. My friend and I skipped the fishing since we came here just to eat. We ordered the salmon 3 ways and the cold-smoked salmon white pizza. The salmon 3 ways comes with cold-smoked, hot-smoked (cooked until it flakes), and sashimi. My minor gripes are that I feel like the sashimi one needs some soy sauce (it was unseasoned) and we could have used more bread, but overall I loved the presentation of the dish and really enjoyed the bread and aioli that came with it. For the pizza, it was soft and light like a cloud, and the veggie toppings were very refreshing. We had a whole plate of salmon already and still thought the cold-smoked salmon pizza was the perfect second dish.
