        My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved cascade retreat. My daughter wondered how she would cope without electronic equipment but was so taken by the beautiful scenery and the serenity of Cascade Retreats location it wasn't an issue. It was such a treat soaking in the hot baths at night and watching the bird life. If you want to take a break from civilization and just enjoy views and nature in such a comfortable well equipped cabin I highly recommend this one. I would love at some stage to stay again.         What a slice of paradise that has been created in a wonderful secluded spot. So many great aspects from the roaring fire, hot outdoor baths, hot choc recipe and the amazing wildlife. Stunning birdlife and was nice to be greeted by the sheep running up to met us on arrival. Just loved the log cabin which is exactly what we were looking for. Wonderful and relaxing with everything we could want. Great to be off grid. Will definitely return one day and recommend to others.
