        Initially upon installation we had a few teething challenges and I posted a very average review. Over the last year or more, the after sales service from Ross in particular has been next level. Initial challenges were more due to an account manager retiring who didn't let everyone know prior agreement struck and had not documented the last stage. I can now highly recommend this business. With any installation and in particular tricky ones like ours across multiple levels in an old build its really down to working with a team that stand by their product and offer exceptional after sales support. Nice work Warm and Cool Dud. Services: Heating system installation, Heating system maintenance
