Always have the correct water filter in stock and they keep a record of what you brought last time.

Our household pump started exhibiting strange pressure problems resulting in a dribble at the taps. I called Macneil Jones Pumps and we ran through some simple fixes over the phone but came to nothing conclusive. No problem, the technician and as it turned out business owner, said he would call later that afternoon after completing his scheduled jobs. By 5pm I figured it was getting late and Id phone the next morning and reschedule but at 5:30 he arrives and sets to work testing the pump and associated plumbing. The diagnosis was a faulty pump which needed replacing. We live in the country so I said we can survive no problems without water for a night and suggested returning the next day, but he insisted that thats not how they do things at MacNeil Jones. He drove back into town to pick up a replacement pump, then returned to install and test it. Old school customer service that sadly you dont see that much of any more. Totally customer focused and highly approachable. If you need anything related to pumps dont phone a plumber, instead phone the experts at McNeil Jones. Thank you!
