        I made an enquiry on their website about getting my chimney cleaned. I received a short curt reply the next day stating that they were too busy to do my chimney. I was happy to wait a few weeks but apparently that was the end of the matter. I wouldn't recommend this firm as it appears to lack customer service skills. I went elsewhere and was very happy! Since writing this review I have heard from the owner Kylie suggesting I remove this review. She has suggested that I have exaggerated my experience when I haven't. She states my review made her cry! In the second, long email she sent me she has apologized. I appreciate that. This review is true and accurate of my experience and I stand by it!
