My neighbours alarm went off 20 minutes ago. I went over to the property to make sure all was OK. Could not see any signs of broken entry so decided to call the office to advise it looks like a fault. The woman who answered the phone was rude and abrupt. Non appreciative of the fact that someone had taken the time and risk to see if their clients property was secure. All she could say was that she knew about it. Not a word of thanks or even acknowledgment. Customer service equals a big fat minus 10. There is no way I would recommend this company to anyone and will be telling my neighbours to consider cancelling their subscription as after 25 minutes there has still been no response from their security people. UPDATE: it has now been an hour since the alarm went off and still no response and the alarm keeps triggering every few minutes. getting really annoying now!
