Fantastic, high quality service from Jake and the guys from Kennedy Building .Jake is a skilled and very considerate builder. We had a fairly significant change to our renovation ( half way through on our request ) and Jake worked with us and the inspectors to quickly submit and modify the build to our request. He listens to what you want and has excellent problem solving and engineering skills. He has a very reassuring , polite and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Kennedy Building have just completed our full bathroom reno and we could not be happier with the result. Jake has been a pleasure to deal with, with his excellent communication and advice. The whole project ran without a hitch and we will definitely be using Kennedy Building when we need more work done. Highly reccomend!

We have used Jake and the team at Kennedy building for three separate jobs, (kitchen bench install, pantry refit and ceiling replacement). Jake is prompt with his quotes, delivers high quality workmanship and is a friendly hard worker. The finish of all our jobs is to an incredibly High standard, I couldnt recommend Jake highly enough. Jakes enthusiastic and friendly approach from quote to handover, his Value, integrity and a job well done make him a highly recommended builder.
