        Never any staff available. A good 5 to 10 minute wait to get served when the staff are busy in the shop dealing with customers who haven't bought anything yet. It's becoming a last resort to go here.

        Was in the Oamaru store a few days ago, and the lady that served me, didn't seem to care about what I needed, and so I ended up looking it up myself, no 'hello, how can I help, and no smile, terrible customer service, and the other staff looked bored, this experience was very different in the Wellington branches. Shame tbh

        Only giving 2 stars because I felt so uncomfortable in this store (greatful I was able to get what I was after though) I bought an appliance and I felt like me buying something is somehow inconvenient to the staff. Like why are you here we were just in the middle of doing nothing. Never felt that uncomfortable in any store. Just leaving this so these young girls can get better because that was really rude. People buying stuff pays for your income so get it right. Don't act like it's a huge inconvenience.
