But time before, when I picked up my dog, although it was fine, she is wet, stinking and had a bleeding toe needing veterinary care. Then this time I pick her up, (also a fine Otago morning but only 4 degrees), she is wet, stinking, and is injured.
When I said this isnt acceptable and Ill not be back, I was told rudely Well we dont need your business
I said Id write a review and they reckon they have a good reputation.
My old dog needs to go to the vet again as a direct reason of her ritz experience. I feel so guilty she had to experience this for a whole week.
People do your pets a favour, the Ritz is now the pits.
