When I went to Oamaru to pick up the bus and templates I asked Warren the boss to show me the templates were accurate as they were not doing the actual work and I needed to be 100 percent before ordering several thousand dollars worth of glass.
The first template was out by around 100ml and didn't even look to be for the corresponding window.
I left immediately with my concerns clearly raised. There was no apology.
A short time later people where my bus had been parked at the showgrounds said they saw the young man Reagan taking the templates with gladwrap that was loose yesterday.
Very very disappointing especially when it seems he is the most experienced man.
