        Had to cancel our booking for reasons outside of my control - was 4 hours after the deadline for cancelling and my credit card was charged in full after I was told it wouldnt be. Not understanding of our circumstances and would not allow re booking for a future date unless it was within 2 weeks. Phone operator was rude and only offered unreasonable solutions. Never heard back from my follow up email either.
