Absolutely excellent all round customer service. The fact that my shipping was paid, even when I had to return some shoes for an exchange is amazing. Then my return shipping was paid for. Would definitely recommend McDiarmids

Will never be back , arrogant staff , they need to find another job that doesn't involve dealing with customers, would not allow me to return my sons shoes that THEY incorrectly fitted and change for the correct size even though these were fitted by staff in store , I hope you both trip over your own shoe laces in your coming days

I have never met such a rude unprofessional customer service person, the lady was inconsiderate to our needs and when I requested a little patience ( we had only been in the shop 2mins) she walked away and the gentleman served us. Luckily my friend who has a disability chose his shoes quickly as the aura penetrating the shop was so negative. I rarely give poor feedback and this is the first 1 star I have ever submitted and based on other comments the feedback is really similar.
