Manager woman was extremely rude when we came in tonight for bowling & dinner saying we hadn't made a reservation when we had, and that WE should've gotten the name of whoever we spoke to on the phone like it was our responsibility and our fault that the booking wasn't in the system! Extra only for the lady who ended up sorting out our booking for the bowling and being friendly and accommodating however we were put off staying for dinner because of the manager being unpleasant and the generally unwelcome atmosphere. We are visitors from another city returning to this venue when it was previously the Galleon complex but as we won't be back it's lost custom for them.
