        An absolute disgrace cancelled the trip 7 minutes before the trip was due to start we were stood outside ready. We had booked this trip 6 days prior, loads of time to cancel. Said he was not open and behind in paperwork and not legal to open - close your booking system or at least check it and cancel trips when they are booked then! Do not recommend. Highly unprofessional!

        Absolute shambles, the guys name is Manu Douglas. We drove from 3 hours away on my birthday for the trip and the guy just didn't show up. Didn't answer phone etc. Hope his place goes up in flames. Locals I spoke to said the same. Unreliable guy that has done this to a lot of tourists. Don't trust this guy or any future company. Zero stars.

        Didn't do the kayak trip, but stopped for lunch on way back from albatross colony - absolutely brilliant place to stop and food was great, service, equally brilliant! A very cool place
