Just wanted to thank you for an amazing stay at the Lakeridge Queenstown apartment. It was a great set up, well appointed, stunning view and perfect for 3 people. The garage and access worked well and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for all your assistance and good communication prior to our stay.

Hi Sonya and team We are absolutely thrilled with the accommodation, it has exceeded all our expectations. So beautiful, jaw dropping views from every window and cleaned to a very highly standard. We have just cooked a beautiful dinner in the most wonderful setting that feels like home. Just with more lux and dramatic scenery than you could ask for. Couldnt fault anything! You have thought of everything. Thank you again for all your help with our booking. We have already shared our thoughts ( all 5 snowflakes out of 5! ) and some photos to family and friends back home. Our recent stay with STAY SOUTH (this is our 4th) was FAB! Apartment was really well appointed with kitchenware/ sharp knives etc. A stones throw into town and nearby restaurants etc. Toasty warm for winter nights - also French doors onto a little garden and patio. Beds were super comfy and the place was immaculate on arrival. Hard to leave! Thank you we had a great holiday. Lou

[WARNING] REMEMBER TO TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING, EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE OR YOU'LL BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGES YOU DIDNT DO AND WON'T HAVE YOUR BOND BACK! We wish we've read previous reviews prior to booking re bond and communications as it became a nightmare for us! 4 days after our stay, we got an unpleasant surprise email accusing us of having damaged the coffee table thus repair cost, when the dent was already there when we arrived. When asking for photo evidence, we were simply told that their cleaning staff do thorough checks and they don't have photo evidence as "in terms of providing evidence, we are not in the business of photographing every item of furniture before and after every arrival. The communication from our housekeeping team makes sure everything is as it should be." And the charges stay! I seriously doubt they do "thorough checks" as they say, because the floor was in a disgusting state when we arrived - our socks were covered with food crumbs, dust and hair from people that preciously stayed there, after being inside the apartment for 5 mins, so we had to vacuum the whole apartment at the start of our holiday! (vacuum cleaner provided was full so had to empty that firsr too). The headboard was covered in visibly grey dust so I wiped them too. This is just NOT the cleaning standard and type of service/communication you expect from accommodation you pay for $500/night! Needless to say the email we received after our stay accusing us of things we didn't do left us with such a horrible experience of our stay and we will never stay at this place ever again! I do business travel every 2 weeks and have never come across such arrogant rype of communications/attitude. We sincerely hope everybody read these reviews so they don't pay for something they haven't done!
