The apartment is spacious with a balloon in front of the view, a huge bedroom, a small and practical kitchenette and a large bathroom. It's a shame that the owner of the house, Kim, doesn't serve breakfast, only leaves groceries for self-preparation. No personal contact was made. A little expensive for the value.         Great bed and breakfast! The hosts are fantastic and the rooms are great. They had lots of very helpful recommendations to local spots to eat, things to do and attractions to see. Location is between Queenstown and Arrowtown (I would recommend checking out both while you are here) and is walk-able to Lake Hays and a couple wineries.
