Hurley's of Queenstown

we arrived to to find an aged hotel with worn out carpets and construction in the parking lot with heavy equipment. we were told by staff that the sound was more quiet in the back where our room was, we paid for the room (regrettably) and when we arrived at our room the balcony was vibrating form the equipment and the sound was no better. We are very displeased, the hotel has not been helpful and has refused to refund our costs.

I will never come here ever again, theres seriously so many options to stay at Queenstown. We were charged an outrages 349$ EXTRA ( most of cleaning fee probably max 100$) for cooking breakfast just eggs n sausage and said we cooked seafood. Everything was open during cooking to ventilate the area open exhaust at Max level. One of us went to the bathroom and it stink the entire apartment. Dont put kitchen if we arent allowed to use it and took our money. They are quick tho, quick to take the money !
