        No details asked for regarding where the chip is located on windscreen. Hand me the keys and leave the vehicle with us. Insurance company knew where the chip was located and said they would email the details to repairer. Booked for 9.30am. Arrived at 9am and we were advised the job would be finished ready to collect at 10am. There was a novus patch over the chip. On arriving back to collect vehicle at 9.50am, The vehicle had not moved from where we parked it. We were then advised that they were 1 staff member short due to covid. (Could have been told this on our arrival earlier) The technician fixing the screen spoke with us and was trying to fix an already repaired chip and didn't find the novus patch over the correct chip until he cleaned the windscreen. We were never offered a refreshment or a restroom facility. Job completed by 10.45am. Not impressed.
