        When I rang Nick to book a bike for 20 days, he asked about our plans and gave valuable tips. His knowledge about the area and terrain is exceptional. The bikes (and helmets, locks, pannier racks, etc) we rented were brilliant, very comfortable, sized to our heights, well maintained and just perfect for our 900 km cycling trip. We had no issues with the bikes, not even a puncture. Nick was awesome to deal with and we can't thank him enough for contributing to a wonderful holiday. We highly recommend him and hope to come back to cycle more and see another part of the South Island.
