        We had a first class experience dealing with Craig and the team from Southern Automobiles. From our initial enquiry to the actual delivery of the vehicle to us - the level of communication and service was amazing. We cannot recommend the team highly enough and will be back in the future.

        Pity I had to give 1 star?! The usual bad, not customer focused experiance with a subaru repair. Told it would take 30 mins 2hours later told it would be another 15min. No reason given. Same bad customer service I experanced 3 years ago. I will continue to avoid southern subaru service. The Christchurch branch isn't that far away.

        Ha ha went for a drive with my sister her van broke down so had to push it into parking area to wait on AA to bring a new battery got home after midnight no more late drive for us.
