        Disgrace to NZ! So sick and tired of always paying extra for overnight and Saturday delivery and always getting parcels two days late. This is an ongoing issue that everyone is experiencing / if these clowns cant handle overnight / Sat DONT SELL THE SERVICE! Even same island takes them longer than overnight. Awful communication, horrible management - NZ Post needs a network makeover - not spending money on web designers / rebranding BS. One parcel from Dunedin to Auckland took 32 days!!!! I would walk there faster. I seriously think we should all start a class action lawsuit to claim our money back, where we didnt receive on time / overnight / Saturday delivery - as NO PARCEL THIS YEAR HAS BEEN ONTIME. Malicious thieves.

        Dont even attempt to deliver, they just leave the we have a parcel for you sticker in letterbox

        Very disappointed with the delivery speed. Requested an overnight delivery to Dunedin for an urgent matter only to find that the package has been sitting there in the depot for a day and a half despite being ready for delivery.
