        Update. Now 3 years and 4 months. No code of compliance. Still waiting on completion. Not replying to calls. ... After 12 months we are still waiting for our house to be finished. Once they got their $$ they switched off their phones. Dont reply to communications. Lots of promises and apologies but no action. Very disappointing and frustrating. Looks like we are going to be forced down the legal track.

        Watch this space, we've signed a contract but build does not start until late Feb 2022. Owners design on a slanted site. Has been a stressful organisation of working scedual. The next 10 months will tell a story, hopefully a positive road going forward.
