Very professional organisation. Clear processes in place for customers. Office staff I dealt with possessed pleasant and helpful personalities. They had great communication skills. Would certainly deal with organisation in the future. Would highly recommend.

The people at Tansley themselves are great, easy to deal with, unfortunately had issues with their associated firm CoffeeFix. Took a machine in to be serviced, paid extra to fix a leak with the steam wand, got the machine back with suspected pump issues (may have been pre-existing, Im not sure, but it appeared a few days after getting the machine back. Timing might be a coincidence), 2 of the 4 case screws missing and a machine that still leaked. I tried to follow up regarding pump issue, got a phone call and 1 email back but the issue was never looked into further so I didnt bother following up with the other issues, but I was left wondering what I paid $170 for other than a Test Tag and invoice. On a brighter note, the technician was friendly and he threw in some sachets of descaler for no charge
