        Our family signed a contract with Stonewood Homes Dunedin approx 3 years ago. Before the signing, their service was exceptional. Keith was very attentive and answered all of our questions promptly. Once the contract was signed, things changed very quickly. Approx 2 years ago we asked for the build to be paused while concerns were addressed regarding the quality and accuracy or the work. After spending many thousands of dollars on a report, it became evident that there were dozens of issues starting right back at the set out of the foundation slab. Since then, Stonewood Dunedin have been very unhelpful and uncooperative showing no urgency to rectify the errors. Some of our family have been homeless now for nearly 2 years... Judith, one of the owners, was abusive on the phone and hung up on us. Graeme, the other owner, has ignored professional advice and told us blatant lies. Using Stonewood Homes Dunedin has been the biggest mistake ever. Services: Interior finishing, Roof installation, Roof building, Home building, Luxury home building, Foundation pouring, Project management
