        Repeat customer (1st job great) but when the second quote was organized a Guy with his young daughter came over to my property & measured up 1 sash window, rear french window & a door into lounge. This was October 2018 waited till April 2019. No follow up back. They lost my business. Phone follow ups not good either. Very unprofessional sadly
