        So, Pathetic service, booked appointment at 3.45...waiting there from 3.30....unfortunately no call until 4.30, Receptionist so rude attitude... I think this people not well good enough about the time management. If someone delayed 5 minutes they will refuse the appointment...seems not Okay.

        provided us with so much help as isolating students with covid. we were given more than our standard grocery shop which is honestly heaven as a flat of uni students. we couldnt be more grateful :)

        Disappointing I excepted more from people that are meant to help you, these people only care about canceling appointments and postponing anything to reduce their workload, while still earning a salary.
