        every time my grandparents have an appointment here , their doctors are always late; the longest my 92 year old granddad had to wait was 50mins. this is unacceptable. i would not recommend

        Terrible. Late to appointment, dismissive of my mental health concerns and basically shunted me out. Very upsetting and anxiety inducing. Dr mainly googled services and explained about long waiting lists for high expense for psychologists so basically to not bother... Actually appalled and thinking of the next person to go in asking for help that ends up ending it all due to the shocking support... Maybe this is just standard for mental health in nz? It would explain all the stats...

        Absolutely Appalled with the level of care for my elderly mother. Denied her cancer testing and lost medical records for last 2 years and denying she even has had appointments despite receipts to show it.
