        Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Went in today for my WoF recheck after being failed on surface rust. I brought a copy of the NZTA VIRM to prove that my car should not have been failed. However I was greeted by an older male who proceeds to tell me I am incorrect and I wont be served until I have fixed the said rust. I showed him the VIRM and proved that my rust did not fail on anything listed. He then told me that Vinz has a different VIRM to the rest of the country and theirs says mine fails. I asked to be shown where on there VIRM I fail and was refused further service. After this discussion he slammed my bonnet shut purposefully.
