I was shocked at how the staff spoke to a young man in front of me today. They were rude, insulting and attempted to escalate his frustration at not having pay-wave as he had no other way to pay. His demeanour showed he felt shamed by them. The staff member insinuated that he should carry cash like everyone else but her tone was rude and condescending with a full shop. The Staff member beside her then began to gossip about it to the next customer in line.. these ladies need a real instruction on customer service professionalism and manners. The young man involved held his manners better than they did, Im absolutely gutted at these grown Women!

Great place to use for courier post, local post, paying bills and banking, staff are always friendly and helpful

This place used to have polite staff but was treated very rudely seconds after i walked in to get some forms for my new Id card on Feb 11. The blonde woman at the desk shouts at people to sign in. It easy to see why people including myself give fake details when they curtly get told to sign in cos if she asked politely then people would give their correct details
