Ordered takeaway Christmas dinner. The seafood chowder is the best ever. I had 3 mains to choose from, all yummy. And again 3 desserts, choco cheese cake perfect. Mini Pavlova and a mince tart. Enough for meals for 2 days. Very impressed. Late Nov/2022 Today they've told us, they are closing until February 2023. Can't get staff apparently.... 26/12/22 Now it says they're open Tuesday after boxing day. Will ring tomorrow. Totally unreliable information.

We arrived as a team to eat dinner at the Equinox. The young lady who greeted us at the entrance didnt even say hello and she was awfully rude in her mannerism when she pointed next door and said youre over there instead of leading us in the correct direction. The food was okay. We didnt get the menu particulars because had we got them we wouldve known that the roast was slightly spicy / peppery and the Katsu chicken was spicy too. A heads up wouldve been great for our team. Im sorry to say but pavlova is a sweet dessert best served with a sweet berry compote. We were served the pavlova with a watered down tomato chutney which we were told it was plum sauce. When we took it up to the owner to share our concerns, he said hes never had a complaint about the sauce so we asked him to try it. He said it was fine. But it wasnt. It was not fine. It was a savoury sauce not for pavlova. Sorry wouldve loved to leave a great review but the food did not meet expectations.

Came for lunch Waiter was extremely busy but doing a great job accommodating 30 people in restaurant Had the children's menu to hurry things along as I had a Senior with me.My friend enjoyed her fish.I had Mac/Cheese which was far too hot to eat and pretty tasteless.Thought Ice Cream for children was expensive at $5 Will try you again
