        An absolute rip off. I bought a coffe a while ago- $7.50 and a wrap - $20 and decided to never go back since it was not only expensive but also super slow and not a nice atmosphere. Today my son went to buy an ice cream and drink, and without knowing about my bad experience of zoo cafe he went there. He bought 2x fanta 1 scoop of ice cream : $25.50. I went back and asked if this was a joke. it wasn't. I hope you disappear very soon from the Esplanade and give space for honest and genuine cafe runners, like the previous one. Cheers!

        Went in yesterday nobody behind counter rung bell then saw a note on counter saying back in ten mins. 3 other people came in after us .tables were not cleared of dirty dishes .used to like going in for afternoon tea but there wasnt the usual food .hope they get it sorted out
