        The phone girl Tracey is rude, does not listen and talks over top of us, we have rung multiple times only to get no help at all. We are waiting for a ChCh serviceman to ring us to come and look at our heater (yes Tracey we brought a new one as we told you but you didnt listen) hopefully at $90.00 a call out fee we can get some help and get a solution to our problem. 2 DAYS LATER WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A CALL

        We had the heat recovery system installed this year and its made an immediate noticeable difference. Its taken the chill out of the air, particularly in the colder parts of the house. Also, we havent had anymore crying windows or damp feeling rooms. Very happy and recommend.

        Highly recommend Moisture Master,Edward who installed it is pretty good at his job was done quick and no problems...we have had ours in for 2 months and what a difference, musty smell be gone house is so much dryer, no crying windows should have done it years ago. Thanks to the Team at Moisture Master Very happy customers
