Natural Floors

These guys did a lovely job with our floors, they were reasonably priced and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend :)

I cannot recommend this company. In my opinion the "floor specialist" showed either a lack of knowledge or intentional disregard for NZ government guidelines with regards to containment of environmental airborne hazards which includes sawdust. The vacuum pick-up bag on the sander appeared to be clogged by lack of proper daily maintenance. Northerly windows were opened during a Northeaster and inside doors of my home were opened. The outcome was a cloud of sawdust coating everything in my home. Property may have been damaged as multiple circuit boards in my extensive electronic computer and audio-video systems were coated in sawdust (which is an excellent insulator). Several failed within days which I suspect was due to overheating. In the end it is impossible to entirely clear ones home of particulate airborne contamination. I also noted the floor specialist wore no respirator mask at times and endangered his own health and my own by inhaling the cloud of sawdust he created. Maybe this was the way things were done by tradesmen decades ago but this floor specialist has not kept up with the times and in my opinion is completely oblivious to the property damage and health hazard he creates for himself and his clients with his floor sander.
