McClelland Heat Pumps & Refrigeration Ltd

We had our outdoor unit transferred by them then after a few months it wasnt heating up properly. They came to check the unit in winter, waited for a month for the broken part, had to use more costly alternative heating in the middle of winter only to be told the part was not available anymore (our unit is only 3-4yrs old by the way) and told us we needed to replace the entire unit! We had it checked by another company and they said it wasnt installed properly when it was transferred, causing a leak in the piping. We went back to them to complain but havent heard back would not recommend

Id have taken a 60$ hit on this for the 5 minutes it took them to tell me my heatpump is not worth fixing. Maybe even a 100$ tops. That wouldve been ok But now Im convinced they just want to install new heatpumps for everyone People still fix my 1974 kingswood They dont tell me to buy a brand new car
