I contacted Harraways customer service and filed a complaint through their website on the 23rd of March regarding a foreign object found in the Blackcurrant Spiced Apple Oats. I have allowed over the 5 business days stated in the service level agreement and have still not received a reply. I have provided all required information such as product code, expiry date, day of purchase, where I purchased, etc. As of the 30th of March, no level of acknowledgement from Harraways for an unacceptably large foreign object to be found in their food. This a choking hazard and a poor reflection of the companys QA. The problem is once I had reached close to the bottom of the bag is when the foreign object, which feels unmistakably plastic, plopped out into my bowl. My main concern is that the plastic looks like it is churned up and processed with the oats, meaning tinier pieces of microplastic in your oats. I have been unknowingly eating porridge, heated up in the microwave, containing plastic, while I am PREGNANT. Before this incident I was a loyal customer who only bought Harraways since they are a NZ company and better yet from Dunedin where I live. This incident has absolutely broken all trust in this companys food quality and safety, the lack of acknowledgment really does it for me. I wonder if they would still ignore an MPI report? Since I have allowed Harraways over the 5 business days stated in their SLA to respond I will now be public with my experience. Enjoy the pics of the yummy plastic I have provided :)

Well, must say the "new" flavour of Less Sugar , Strawberry Cream , is far beyond my expectations. I really mean "far beyond" , it's nothing like anything else from your company.A real disappointment, I realize it's less Sugar, but I think it's less everything. Very disappointed. John Wallbank
