I specifically asked for fries with chicken salt but got charged and served the version with special seasoning (realized after the fact and I'm allergic to chilli/paprika which is on them.
Ask for caramel slice (as gluten free) and got given brownie that wasn't gluten free.
Staff member needs to listen carefully and repeat back order.
