        Extremely helpful in advising me on the best product to get some scratches out of my hire car, and gave me a load of rags to do the job. Worked a treat.

        I would normally have something positive to say as their products are great but unfortunately new management and new staff feel it neccessary address their existing clientele in a manor which belittles these loyal customers. Share over exertion of power and gross neglect leaves you walking out feeling like you are not worth their time. It's a shame that Taz's interpersonal skills were not passed on in his departure as this gentleman always strived to deliver amazing customer service, how the tables have turned and not for the better......
