Pegasus Rental Cars Queenstown

My wife and I hired a vehicle from Pegaus for a number of days in Queenstown. All the staff were friendly and efficient, which made pick up a pleasant exchange for two weary travelers. The SUV was easy to drive and proved to be reliable day in day out. I would have no hesitation using Pegasus Rental Cars in the future.

Not a straightforward rental with Queenstown wide shortage of cars and a minor issue with discovering snow chains missing from the vehicle after I'd left Queenstown. Staff helpfully and cheerfully found me the best car they had for my needs and sorted the chains issue quickly and simply. Great value and staff who step up to sort issues if they happen.

I had an amazing experience renting through Pegasus. They were so helpful and accomodating, and the booking rates were cheap. I'd especially like to thank Franco, he went above and beyond to make my time renting the car as smooth as possible. If I ever had any issues, he went above and beyond to help me out. I had to call him to change the end booking date for my rental car 3 times (because I was waiting for my other car to arrive, which kept getting delayed) and he always figured out a way to make it work and made the process of adjusting my booking stress-free. I'd highly recommend Pegasus for anyone looking for a rental car i Queenstown! Thanks guys
